MY SOCCER MATE'S FIANCEE! :)

i attended my company's convention at singapore expo just now... as usual, they will invite 3 speakers on stage to give their speech. i like this type of convention as i can learn alot of things from it. i like the speech given by the founder of thai express, xin wan hk cafe & new york new york. his name is ivan.. very interesting and humble guy. shared wif us his childhood stories of how he started to earn money from the age of 12 by charging his friends money for comin to his hse to playin nietendon game station and then after that charge them for the food that they took while his friends was in the hse playing the games. there are a few things that reali stuck me wif his speech.. i keep it short... when he 1st open his 1st oulet of thai express in holland v, he got this plan of wanting to open more outlets around spore.. so he told us.. "in order to achieve this goal, i nds to mix wif pple who have open 10 outlets or more for their biz so that i can learn how they do it". in another words, if u wanna learn how to play golf..and ur friends are those type of golf haters or noes nothing abt golf, will u improve ur golf skill mixing wif them??? obviously no rite.. u gota mix wif pple who are mad abt golf and knows how to play so tat u can learned from them the shortest way to becomin a golfer. tat was wat i heard from him.. and it reali strike my mind. i just remind me of my football days when i was still learning how to play football. i totally agreed to wat he said. it something like tat lar

'MIX WITH THE WINNERS...UR CHANCE OF BEING A WINNER IS HIGHER. MIX WITH THE LOSERS...UR CHANCE OF BEING A LOSER IS HIGHER'. (but not exactly the same lar, i just remix it in my own way. haha)

another thing that ivan said was that actually rich pple are just ordinary pple. yes!!! ordinary pple like u and me.. nothing special abt them... it just how we view things and if we can reach out to the rich pple and get to know them, they are just like any kopishop uncles like tat (but of coz hav more class than those kopitiam uncles lar) hahah!! there are so many things as well that i reali hope i can share but i will end up typing alot man.. its so late liao. time for me to slp and get ready another day for me tomolo... for my future!!! i can do it! jia you... =)
