haiz...its been 1 week liao and my ankle still not fully recover yet. i tried to train on sunday with elias park. i bandage my ankle with tapes to secure my ankle. did complete the whole training session (including fitness too) but my movement during training was not natural lor. so i have decided to go see chinese sinseh on mon. i just now went to see. the sinseh help me massage my ankle without me feeling any pain. he told me that i massage my injured part too much liao n coz the bone to swell up tats why its so big. hopefully what he said is true lor. he told me tat its a minor injury a few session will be fine liao my ankle. i just keep my finger cross. i want to get back into field asap becoz my legs are itching to play lor. with IVP coming up i dun wan to miss my poly's training session.

my ankle is now getting better and better. its not as painful as the past few days after my icing and massage treatment. how i wished i had a physio who can look after me man. but the problem now is tat i cant managed to force the bone back into my ankle. there's a slight difference if u compare my left and right ankle. the bone come out abit and now i worried that i might have shift the bone man. kaoz.. i reali hope its nothing serious as tis past few months will be very important for me lor. i will start to play some football tomolo morning and then attend elias park's training session to see whether isit getting better? i reali hope that i can play football again. its so sick and sian sitting at the sideline cannot play the game. i just wan to recover my ankle injury fast and then look forward for all the trainings with sengkang, elias park or my poly training. wish me and bless me recover fast! cheers...

i hate having injury man. it stops me from playing soccer. i injured my ankle on sun morning after a morning kickabout with my friends at the basketball court. i got myself injured in the last game of the day playing against some challengers. we thrashed them last week n this week they seem to bring their best players down. i can tell from the way they play against (full pressure) i was doing fine at first. but when we got ourself a corner throw in. everybody was inside the goal post as my friend was very good at header from there becoz of his physical size and thats why all their players were marking him trying to prevent him from scoring. so i just stand outside waitin for a spectacular volley from outside the box after i signal my friend to throw to me since im so damn free. so when he throws... he throws the ball to high in the air which is like hanging lor. its good for me to take aim but the opponent already saw it. so i cant connect the volley sweetly and miskick as i knew i cant volley it. so when i was landing down, the player who come pressure me knock me off my balance which coz me to sprain my ankle lor. f*** lor... damn shit! i knew instantly that its not good when i was laying on the ground. kaoz.. becoz of this injury i cant continue to train wif my poly or sengkang. shit man! just went my fitness is goin good and now this happens. im hav been doing icing treatment after tat. its still quite pain now. kaoz.. i reali hope its nothing serious lor. i really keep my fingers crossed!

on fri, i went for my poly's friendly match against duno wat sort of teams are they. maybe i will call them team unknown. it was a selection match where the assistant coach will see the match and decide to drop players as our playing squad is too big. he wants to drop the players until only left 30 who will fight for the 22 spots for the IVP tournament in dec. it will be my second year participating after a very disappointing first appearance for me in the tournament last year.
i was in the starting eleven for the match. it was the first time tat im playing for ngee ann in a friendly match tis season. they had another friendly last fri against spore under18 but no one inform me tats why i didn't show up. ok.. anyway,the whole team was new players. totally different from the last year playing squad as the senior players still havent shown up yet. there were a few senior players show up on fri but only left on the bench coz they didn't train much wif the poly. we were leading 2-0 by half time after i was in both goals. i set up my strike partner on a one-on-one chance wif a downward header after my gk kick the ball up and also another when i slip the ball nicely to my partner again breaking the offside trap. although there were no goals for me but nvm... it will come sooner or later. the full time score was 2-1 as i was already replaced by another player at halftime. its still a long way to go but wif this young and inexperience team i dun tink we can go too far as we reali lack alot of sleague or prime league players experience. we see how it goes then.

went to watch spore slingers (spore first ever professional basketball team) at the spore indoor stadium on wed nite as i got this ticket by getting through a radio station which qualify me for another competition but they give me a goodie bag which also had this ticket included. i went to watched wif my gf lor. it was the first time i go watch a spore basketball match. i was wondering how will it be like watching man. me and my gf was very excited abt it. i only watched professional basketball game on tv (NBA) and of coz my expectation was quite high lar. i thot the spore slingers would win this game becoz its in their home ground.
when the game got started, the crowd was still settling in. the slingers were already behind the melbourne tigers. i heard from the commentator saying that they are the finalist of last year's championship. hmmm... i was like "oh man... then it would be a great showcase to see whether this spore team can fight against them". oh... did i said spore team... well,the team name has spore in it but the starting five players are all non-sporean. in fact,the sporean players were sitting on the bench throughout the whole game. didn't even get the chance to show their skills lor. that means throughout the game the players that are representing the spore slingers are all foreigners. haha.. abit weird by calling urself spore slingers and does not have any sporean players playing. back to the game... during the whole match, the slingers are always behind the tigers. they only managed to lead once in the 1st half but after that they cant fight back anymore. at one stage, the score difference was 20pts man. kaoz.. it was so disappointed wif the results lor. (oh ya.. in the end they lost by 9pts) i thot the spore slingers can get the win for me and my gf after all it was the first time we watched live basketball match wat. haha... so,hard luck to the slingers lor. they are just inferior compare to their opponents. at least it was an eye opener for me and my gf watchin the match. i enjoyed myself throughout the match although the slingers are always behind the tigers but just like all the crowds, we didn't care abt the score. when the slingers scored! everybody in the stad just cheer loudly as if it was the leadin point. hehe... a great evening for me and my gf ya. ;) hopefully next time can come back watch again but of coz i would not buy the tickets lar. i will try to get it through radio stations. hehehe... ;p

i was so damn piss off wif one of my ex-ite classmate. im organising the bbq for the class and get what she reply me. she replied.. "pls don't send me irrelevant emails n etc..." kaoz.. totally make me blew up man. i straight away told her off lor. anyway,she's so anti-social and problematic during the ite days. haiz.. she's abit pyscho too! some of my classmates shoot her back too! and now tis friend or should i said used to be a friend/classmate of mine (she's a gal by the way) it wasnt her to send all those emails to us. it was she sister who has her email password and she only get to know after coming back from overseas trip. i duno whether to believe her or not. she's just so scary lor. and now she even said she's joining us for the bbq (which last time never happen before. becoz we also have chalet and outing but she never even bother to reply or turn up). im worried she wanna come and disturb and or trying to hypocrite towards us during the bbq and spoil the atmosphere of the bbq. haiz.. im just so piss wif her attitude and character lor. come on lar.. if u not interested to come to our bbq or chalet at least dun even bother to read the email or maybe u can change an email address so that we will not send u those mails that u find it so junky. so disappointed in her. i just keep my finger cross u dun turn up for the bbq. i will inform her not too in a friendly manner even though i just told her off wif an email.

my family got a new member after my father decided to adopt the baby boy (u saw in my pic kena busted readin FHM) from his grandparents. this boy's parent are useless. he's quite poor thing and unlucky to have such a useless parent. i would not wan to say wat happen to his parent but all i can say is they are useless which u see i have been saying it for the 3rd time. this boy got another sister which is around 7 years old but she will be taken care of by her grandparents. becoz this boy's grandparents cannot handle both of them and also their cost of living (becoz this boy's father nv contribute $ at all) then my father also do not want to see this baby boy kena adopt by some stranger. this baby boy is related to my family tats why my dad wants to look after him. hmmm... how related huh??? let me see... his grandmother is my dad's younger sister. so u pple understand now. hmmm... i also will have some responsibility in looking after the baby too! hahaha... looks like this baby boy is here to stay in my house for a long time. i doubt his parent could take him back becoz their problem havent even solve yet. haha.. but i can said that this baby boy is very very mischievous and naughty. quite playful lor. he is so far the worst baby that my mother have look after (my mum got babysit other pple's baby too but they are very well-behave) we must start discipline him before he turns even more naughty and playful. so now my family count is 7 wor. hahaha... my dad,mum,my 3 sister, me and this little baby boy. hahaa.. anyway,one of my sis is already out of the hse as she is married and now staying wif her husband. it would be fun-cum-painful experience wif him around the house. hahah... i guess my house can not be neat and tidy wif him around. haiz... ;p

with one wk to go before my poly re-opens. the place im workin now the teacher have already ask me when is my next semester holidays and most likely she wants me back to help her. then today also my former workplace, spingfield sec sch, the customer service officer lady called me today and ask me go work for them now as they need help. but i told her my poly starts next week how to work man. she then also asked me when my next semester holidays coz she need my help to help out wif the IT dept's inventory stuff. hmmm... base on this 2 job offers, i find myself being wanted becoz of the quality work i put in when workin for them and doing their stuff. tats why they trust and reali wan me to help them. hahaha... make me feel that im so appreciated by others. what to do! im the man! lol....but seriously, this two offers are tempting as i already get to know some of the staff in bedok green sec but on the other hand, springfield sec also i noe almost everybody over there and also they noe me..(including the students as well) so far,i have told the bedok green teacher tat it should not be a problem for me to help her out during my next semester holidays. we see how it goes lor. for now i only wanna enjoy my countdown to my poly starts.

YEAH! i got into the subaru challenge (1st round). Finally man.. i have been trying to get into the line patiently. i was damn frustrated before the got the line last nite. before i got the line, i also wrote a blog regarding tat im so unlucky. tat feelin was sux lor. just imagine how many times i got so close to getting through the line but no one picking up or when got dj pick up it always wants a female caller as the male caller has been selected. but anyway,i told myself i die die must get into the challenge. i listened to the radio since 4pm waiting and hoping for the queue to call. but my patient pays off when i heard the queue to call for the subaru challenge at around 12.50am. i quickly called in and when i heard the line i was so happy lor becoz i noe most likely i got it liao if the dj picks up the phone. but true to it.. the dj reali picks up. i ask her whether am i the first caller. she replied "not reali'. my heart sunk down to the deepest of my body man. i thot "oh my god.. am i so unlucky". but once she said i was the 'first male caller' i was like so happy. hahaha.. i was jumping up and down as i noe i got it. i gave my hp no as the dj said she will call me again. hahaha.. i end up the call and listen to the radio as my voice appears on it. hehe... im starting to dream of subaru car again although i noe it would be a very hard task to win it. hehe.. anyway,i only qualify through the first round lor. there's still second round to go before i the final round which is the 'put ur hand on the car'. now i must reali depend on my luck liao. i reali hope i can get into the final round as i was very very very disappointed wif my last year. i missed out on the final round becoz of the lucky draw. i didn't get the coloured ping pong ball n tats why didn't get the chance to put my hand on the car. hmmm.. i must go pray pray to have some luck in me. hehe... WISH ME LUCK! ;)

im so f***ing unlucky as im trying to get into the subaru challenge for tis year. i have been listening to the radio recently. i thot i got it when the DJs pick up my line but only to find out in disappointment that they only wan female callers as the male caller have already called in. kaoz.. guess wat! i already kena this for 3 times liao. once for last nite and twice for today. arrgggg.... how to get me into this competition man. i reali wan to join man. i just nd abit of luck to get through for the challenge. why am i so unlucky lor. come on god. im not a female. i just nd more luck from u. stay tune for my update! wish me luck man!!!

i was waited in anticipation for this movie as i thot it would be a great funny movie. but it turns out otherwise. i went to watched this movie wif my gf on mon at ang mo kio hub's cathay. i was expecting to have a good laugh out of this movie as i watched the trailer and there was some scenes that are realli nice. maybe my expectation was too high and tats why i find myself didnt reali enjoy the movie. ok lar... there are some scenes tat will make u laugh but majority of the scene will be like the movie is trying its best to tickle u to laugh. alot of lame jokes lor which i dun find it so funny at all. the storyline is also not good. one example is that actress maggie. when this guy(randy daytona) went to train up his table tennis skills. she was beating him out of his ass becoz she thot he's there to take advantage of her. she already gave out the impression of 'oh pls.. f*** off' attitude towards this guy but around 10mins later. u can see her kissing and hugging tightly to that guy. haiz.. the training part for that guy was bad becoz it was too fast. in fact, it took around less than 10mins for him to complete his training wif this master sifu in table tennis. wat da f*** rite. quite disappointing lor. i can tell that they are trying to move the movie scene quickly to the underground tournament part. but it just totally sux lor. hmmm... i tell u guys who read my blog. dun waste ur money go watch tis movie. if u got nothing beta to do or u tink u might have some money to spare for some lame laughter than its ok for u to watch. i rate this movie 0.5 star upon 5 stars. u can see how bad i rate this movie bah. the 0.5 star i give is becoz there are scenes tat wil make u laugh abit. i just pity this movie.
