MY SOCCER MATE'S FIANCEE! :)

on sat my intercon team, paya lebar csc played against chong pang csc in the inter-constituency football final at clementi stadium.. i was doubtful for the match as i had pulled my hamstring on wed during my training with balestier team. i tried to move around freely but i cant coz there will always have this pull feelin that i always felt. i know this match is an impt match but i decided to make the decision and told my team manager tat it would be good for the team if i dun start the match as i couldnt run much. he understand and i was omitted from the starting line-up. it was very disappointing when i was sitting on the bench with my teammates walked out of the tunnel. the whole thing was like in an sleague match with fifa music and also announcing the starting line-up. shiok sia.. but i only can watch on the bench.. all the limelight is on those starting eleven. once the match get underway, it was a torturing moment for me. i hate sitting on the bench at any game becoz i rather be on the field fighting for the ball instead of watchin. my team clearly missed me badly and also they failed to settle down in the first half. we were constantly under alot of pressure coz our defenders r taking turns to do mistake which almost cost us a goal. luckily our gk was on form and kept out all the shots and also saves alot. but the sad thing were to happen as we conceded 2 goals in the last 5 mins of the first half. 2-0 down.. our team is not performaning well. we have a few players kena choke by the occasion. i tried to warm up at halftime and stretch abit. my hamstring just didn't feel good. i was in dilemma as i was tinkin should i risk my injury and play. i decided to go for it and told my team manager that i can play but must understand my injury situation. our team went down 4-0 at the beginning 10 mins of the 2nd half. it was a major blow.. but some how our opponent just slack off and we started to attack again... we managed to pop up wif 2 goals in 10 mins and the match was back alive again. we had missed a few chances to equalised the match. wat a waste man.. this was the time that my presence is impt. soon.. i went on in the final 10 mins hoping that i can pop up with one goal. but our chance of equalising slowly fade away as time was running out. the ref blew for the final whistle and we lost the match 4-2. i rate tis as a big disappointment for me as i noe if i play i will surely make a difference. the opponent defence only ok ok only. haiz.. so disappointing man.. we lost to chong pang again. (last year lost to them at Q-F) argg... why my hamstring injury must come siak. why.......!!! i asked my team manager if i play this match just now, do u tink we can win. his answer: YES! i jokingly tell him that like tat im a $1000 man becoz if i play, we got chance to get champion. (1st: $2,500 & 2nd: $1,500) nvm... i just dun go tink abt it so much. its over anyway... my football season as come to an end. hopefully it will be a fruitful season next. enjoy the pix.. ;)
