on sat we beat PUB 2-0 in a hard fought victory against them at PUB ground. this match wif litter with dirty opponent who are not trying to play football but behaving like hooligans. furthermore, some of them are experience uncles and their attitude is surely not the way to teach some of our young players. they were so dirty and unfair to our team flying in with tackles and punches. although at times we also try to retaliate but this is normal of football. you give and u take. they can give why can't they take. luckily for us, this ref wasn't realli afraid of them. the sent off one of their player around 30mins in the first half for two dangerous tackles. the ref also rewarded us with 2 penalties (one in each half). i realli wanted to take both the penalty but my morale for the match was quite bad and my confidence was badly dented as i missed a 2 sitters in the 1st half. the first one that i missed when my teammate cross the ball into the box with the gk totally beaten and the open goal in front of me. i was tinking... "play safe lar.. use my body to tap the ball into the net instead of heading it". but guess what, i totally missed the ball. instead of the ball goin into the net, it was me who was in it. kaoz.. damn embarrassing man for my standard. very sian lor.. it was my 2nd time tat i miss an open goal (last week also). i know all my teammates wan me to score but i duno why i cant score. i reali try to be relax but at times i reali got very tenses up. but lucky for the 2 penalties that won us the game. anyway, we were also the superior team in terms of playing football as we had chances. my 2nd half performance improved as i try to keep to my game plan and tink abt scoring later. but i still missed when a chance is presented to me. i blast a shot horribly wide from around 10 yards from goal. damn sian lor. the 2nd half also saw alot of off-the-ball incident as our opponent slapped one of our players before a corner was taken. the ref heard the slap but didn't see who did it. that was when the match started to turn ugly as our opponent instead of playing football decided to play rough. u can see high legs tackles coming in.. two legged tackle.. elbow.. punches while tussle for the ball.. and behaving like hooligans instead of footballer on the field. on of their play also got sent off for an elbow who was spotted by the asst ref who flag the ref during and off-the-ball incident. the remaining of the match was all about our opponent trying to be 'funny' with us. we kept our cool and composure n the incident kept repeating itself until the ref decided tat enough is enough. he blew for the final whistle. we thot everything was over but their players still not happy with certain things. then one of our player got punched in the face and it was quite messy. one word to describe PUB players (except for one player, farhan) is that they are so damn LOSER! heard this pub players.. u are LOSER!!! i reali wanted to open my mouth and reali make them very piss and get even more angry. but i controlled myself from saying it out. in the end i tink what had happen in the field was spotted by an outsider eye (match commissioner) we just let him handle the problem during the match report. as for myself during the match. i reali very disappointed with myself. haiz.. maybe its due to lack of training and thats why my fitness and my sharpness is not there. furthermore.. i still have a bit of niggling ankle problem. im just so disappointed. tats how i can describe my game for the match. haiz...
