on friday, i went back my sch for baoc'08 after i took half day leave just to attend this event. i have told myself not to expect too much for this baoc as i didn't get involve with the stuff and etc.. and also the spirit of the groups might not be as close or as fun as what i had last year or the year before. i reached the convention centre at around 1plus which they had already started. i went up to the 2nd level to sit wif the former BA society's members. from what i see up there, it wasn't a happening baoc. the crowd was kind of bored and lacking of the spirit. although there were cheers and so on but it wasn't as loud as they can actually do. furthermore, the host on the stage cannot make it lar. both of them lack of rapport with each other. they duno how to pump up the whole convention hall wif their mics. i would say both of them are lousy lor. but it was the fact mah! after their 45mins refreshment break, i went down to sit wif the group that i suppose to join which is the teens titans. i spoke to the freshies for a while asking them to enjoy themselve and give their best during all the cheering and be more enthusiastic rather than just sit down there like a bamboo stick. looks like everyone got my msg as i can see that they are starting to cheer more after i was there. the view from the front is definitely beta than the view at the 2nd level. it was so much clearer and the feeling of being with the crowd makes u feel shiok n high whenver there's a cheer. our group's pagents was also damn good! our pagent gal was damn pretty n great lor. got looks n got figure and also got 'size'. hahaha.. power lar when i first saw her when i was at the backstage. i straight away told my them, surely win liao lor. stand a high chance. face looks pretty, figure like hour glass and the 'size' that we swipe the other pagents away. haha.. but in the end, she nv win the best female pagent. she only won the best talent together wif the male pagent. the winner for the female pagent was also 'big'. wahaha.. both of them can fight each other lar. lol... ;p ok.. back to the event, it was our turn to cheer and everything was reali planned out (as in wat cheers to cheer first). my worries before our turn to cheer was that the rhythm of our cheer is not there. true to my words, we were abit cock up but it was minor lar. haha.. i doubt got anyone notice it. finally, when the result for the best OG group was out... we were very excited as our group's name haven't been called out yet. i thot we stand a very high chance after a close rival group sitting beside us who was quite strongs was being announce early on. and that means that they got no chance to win the best OG group award. it was down to teens titan and spiderman. in the end, spiderman won the battele and got the best OG group award. we failed to win but nv.. at the the atmosphere of the group were back. overall the boac was ok ok lar. it was not has fun and wild as last year. but anyway, i still got enjoy myself lar. i have attached the pic of the baoc using my hp camera. enjoy it ;)
