i removed my bandage that the sinseh put for me. i also took away the medicine that he put on my ankle too since it was already tue. it was the sinseh's instruction. he told me to do tat one. after i remove my bandage, i spray the medicine oil on my ankle. but when i see my ankle, i tink there's still swollen lor. but not as big as what i saw on sat lar. im so worried that my ankle injury would take me a long time to recover. i still dun reali dare to walk normally and i will feel abit pain when i try to force it. btw,im currently doubtful for the match against summerville tis sat. if i miss that game, it will be my first time missing a game for elias park. i played the whole matches last season. i was just unlucky lor... hopefully the next few days my ankle will get better.
