went to watch american gangster on tue night at marina square. wanted to watch that movie after my friends told me its nice and also i find that the trailer was good too! it was a 3 hrs movie. can make u sit inside the cinema until ur butt pain man. hahaa.. its the longest movie i ever watch lor. the movie was slow so tat u can understand wat it meant. its about frank lucas who was a driver and also some kind of a apprentice to this boss who was so called involved in drugs and etc too but his boss can keep himself a very low profile. his boss died in a heart attack and frank took over and control the drug in that area. he's got this strong ethics that put him apart from the rest of the boss. at the same time, there's this police offier who i said is either damn stupid or was too much integrity. he return $1million that he found in the car booth (the money is most like to be dirty money) to the station where the policemens during that time was damn corrupted. the police officer who is called richie roberts had his own ethics too. both frank and richie was so called 'extra' in their world side of the world. soon, both of them will meet up as richie will investigate into the drug trafficking that will slowly slowly lead to frank lucas. this movie is a patient movie so u got to have enough patient to watch it. dun expect that they quickly jump into some exciting action parts. haha.. relax and enjoy the show. i rate this movie 3 stars upon 5. ;) cheers!!!
